Hello mate, no I did not become my fifa points so I concluded up refunded them and got my money dorsum within 2 days. If this helps

How did you get the refund? I spoke to them about it and they wanted proof of buy merely information technology literally isn't even showing upwards on my orders on Microsoft

Anyone else know how to get their refund back if the order doesn't show upwardly on the Microsoft billing section. I've called up Microsoft Help support and they said they couldn't do anything to refund me since they didn't actually receive the guild details.

The same thing has just happened to me, bought 4600 fifa points, coin has been taken from my bank - but I havent received the email "order receipt" I then tried to buy 100 fifa points afterwards to come across if the four,600 would come through with the 100. They didnt, and I got an order receipt for the 100 points.
I'd quite similar my money dorsum, but how would I practice this without the Microsoft receipt?
